How can I confirm if an artwork is available for purchase?
The availability status of each piece should be confirmed by contacting us via email.
How do I place an order?
Contact us via email at fragmentsbynature@gmail.com. You should specify the artwork code you wish to purchase and the delivery address. We will then inform you of the associated shipping costs and payment details.
We reserve the right not to process orders if any inconsistencies are found in the personal data provided.
What payment methods are available?
Payments are only allowed to be made by bank transfer.
You will receive an email with a summary of the order and the details needed to make the transfer. You will have up to 3 days from placing the order to complete the transfer, proof of payment must be provided.
What is included in the sale price?
The sale price indicated include VAT at the applicable legal rate, where applicable. Additional charges and taxes may apply depending on the destination country.
For countries outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for paying customs duties and associated fees, if applicable.
When and how can I receive the invoice or receipt?
The invoice will be sent to your contact email within 2 business days after receiving the payment. Please provide the details you require for the invoice.
What currency is used on the invoice?
The amount is always expressed in euros.
How can I change or cancel an order?
You can only change or cancel an order if it has not yet been shipped.
A change or cancellation can be requested by contacting us via email. Please use the same email address you used when placing the order.

Shipping costs are not included in the sale price and will be added to the amount shown on the product page.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and the artwork purchased. The cost will be indicated by email, and the order will only be processed after payment of the item.
How long does delivery take?
The delivery time varies according to the destination of the order. The estimated delivery time will be informed by email, this is based on the destination country provided in the delivery address. While an estimated delivery time will be given, possible delays should be considered.
How can I track my shipment?
Once the order is shipped, an email will be sent with the tracking information.
When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be processed within two business days after receiving its payment.
